Contact and enquiry information
The diagnosis form on our Contact page prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser, which you choose whether to send. When the free website health-check form on our homepage is active, it collects your store URL, email address and a mandatory WhatsApp number with international country code. Submitting the audit form also requires your authorization to request the assessment and consent to receive audit-related WhatsApp contact, including if the audit cannot be completed. A separate optional checkbox controls marketing consent. Audit requests are recorded as private, administrator-accessible entries in the WordPress database so we can review them and contact you. The intake form does not itself scan your website or create a PDF. We may use the contact details to manage your request, including contacting you if processing fails. The website may also send transactional emails through its configured email provider.
